Welcome to Three Cat's Tails! We are very excited to share our kitty blog with you by starting with Munching Mondays! Today's recipe is from the book You Bake Em' Cat Treats by Gabrielle Tolliver. I give this recipe 4 stars because it is made with my favorite ingredient, tuna! I gave some of the treats to my neighbor Willis as well. I hope you will enjoy them too!
Oatmeal Tuna Cookies
Ingredients:
Two 6oz cans of water-packed tuna, drained
1 egg
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup bran
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup finely grated zucchini (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 350 F.
2. Chop tuna in food processor or blender until it achieves a fine consistency. Add to other ingredients in a mixing bowl.
3. Using your hands, work ingredients until well-blended.
4. Roll into 1/2 ounce balls (about the size of a marble). Place on lightly greased baking sheet and flatten balls with fork.
5. Cook for around 11 minutes. Transfer to cooling rack.
6. Serve.
